All-American 2026 Nomination Form

Eligible players include high school varsity athletes from Seventh-day Adventist academies, Adventist athletes from non-Adventist schools, as well as seniors graduating in 2026. Players only need to be nominated once for consideration—no need to flood us with nominations for the same player.
